Using
NutriMillets® Mix Farsan Chivda
AND
NutriMillets® Garlic Sev
Preparation time –
20 minutes
Ingredients:
- • 3 cups NutriMillets® Mix Farsan Chivda
- • 1 cup NutriMillets® Garlic Sev
- • 4 potatoes (boiled and diced)
- • 2 onions (chopped)
- • 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- • ½ cup peanuts (roasted)
- • 4 tablespoon lime juice
- • 3 tablespoon green chutney
- • 2 tablespoon tamarind chutney
- • 2 tablespoon chaat masala
- • 2 tablespoon green chillies
- • A handful of fresh coriander
- • 1 cucumber – sliced
- • Raw mango (as per availability)
Directions:
- • In a mixing bowl, add the NutriMillets® Mix Farsan Chivda and NutriMillets® Garlic Sev. Mix well.
- • Add the roasted peanuts. Mix again.
- • Sprinkle chaat masala.
- • When adequately mixed, add the potatoes, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, raw mango slice, lime juice and green chillies.
- • Add the green and tamarind chutney. Mix well.
- • Garnish with coriander leaves.
